I can't take it. Let it all play out and relax. Hug your kids, go to a movie, read a book(yeah, I never do that). Back away from the keyboard(I know, take my own advice). Everything will be fine. Okeefe, throw us a bone. What has Happy Chef been up to?

The Coker Thread has therapeutic value. Just throwing it out there :D

I think by the end of all of this, all the whistle blowers and doom and gloomers will prove to look like fools.

I think when all the facts are out there this will prove to be a freak accident brought on by a combination of factors and not only due to "excessive workouts." I believe there's a publicly unknown variable here like the flu, a virus, or a faulty or tainted LEGAL supplement.

Also, I think the silence is due to a true investigation...instead of speculative, PR based rhetoric compounded with excessive press conferences. I think the national media is jumping all over us because they've been conditioned to expect coaches and ADs to cater to them and launch into PR damage control mode.

The one thing that I am certain about is that this staff will learn from any mistakes made last week and move forward a better football program under a great leader that's only human. I don't believe there's a program in the country better prepared to adjust and fix mistakes going forward.

I think they've already done that by the way they jump to conclusions based on assumptions, at times jumping to conclusions on less than an assumption. These people would be embarrassed, but that would require them to have their heads out in the fresh air and sunshine.
