Kirk was asked about offensive philosophy and he said nothing really about his philosophy. He spoke about others' throwing the ball around for a bit and for most of it talked about playing defense. Brian did the same thing last summer.
Offense is not top of mind. They could not stop and talk about it. What would be so difficult. Why can't he just talk about offense for 3-4 minutes. Nothinng comes out other than what Iowa is not. Its an after thought.

I just think in general offense is a sore subject for KF. The offense has been a national embarrassment for 3 years, he gets asked about it all the time, his kid got fired because of all the suckiness, so I get why he doesn't want to share all of his deep thoughts on his offensive philosophy. He is still the CEO of the football team and I am certain improving the offense is top of mind. Whether we agree with what he does or not does mean he does care about the offense. He does. He would like to not look stupid on offense all the time.
