Fixes for MSU football cheating

I have reviewed the situation with the msu dirty play and cheating. It is clear that they commit penalties far more than they are called for. A reason could be time limits, msu overwhelms the refs to the extent that all their games would exceed time limits if they were called for half of what they committed. This will continue to be a problem under thier current coach.

What worries me most are situations like the targeting call that was missed on what would have been a Kittle TD. Systems should be in place to review the game afterwords, and assess penalties to the MSU athletic department including fines, forcing them to vacate wins, and removing championships. This should bring pressure on them to stop the dirty pool.

Yes, completely serious. It is obvious that the internal accountability system is not working. Something more serious has to be put in place to stop this from happening year after year.

Last I checked Football was a physical sport and you really need to stop whining.. I guess you best close your eyes over the next month some hard hitting football coming your way!!

I am not trying to take that out. The problem is with the intentional dirty play. For example, last year Lomax had a targeting call against him when him and the receiver basically fell into each other. The msu linebacker on the other had was allowed to launch himself into George Kittle, and make forceful contact above the shoulders. The double standard favoring msu is the biggest problem.

The NFL has a system to review games and add penalties after the game for dirty plays like those. That does not prevent hard hitting play, it just cuts down the dirty play. All this is about is adding something to college football that already works in professional football.
