The last four at-large bids will have to play in the opening round games. What are your thoughts. At first it seems fair, but i think the autobid 16 seeds are getting off easy. Also, i wouldn't want to play a 12 or 11 seed coming from the opening round if i am a 5 or 6 seed.

Couldn't find the offical last 4 in from this past year, but i did find the highest at-large bids were: #12 UTEP, #12 Utah State, #11 Minnesota, #10 Mizzou and #10 Georgia Tech.

Gerogia Tech, and Mizzou both won their opening round game

YIKES!
Look at 2009. Highest seed At-large bids:
#12 Wisconsin won first game
#12 Arizona, won first 2 games to make sweet 16
#10 Maryland, won first game
#10 Michigan, won first game
#10 Minnesota, lost

STOOPID

they should go one way or the other, not some dumb-*** mix

either the last eight at-large, or the last eight overall, not the last 4 of each category

Makes the games more interesting for tv ratings. I like what they came up with. Who wants to see the 8 lowest seeds play? No one would watch.
