I have no idea whether Iowa should fire Fran at the end of the year. They're not going to fire him midseason, so there's no reason to think about that. But I'm 100% positive I don't want an absentee AD who is best known for losing millions of dollars of the school's money due to his own incompetence to be the one making the decision. Pull the plug and start from there.
