Fire Brian Ferentz

Really, how does he still have a job? I don't think that Iowa has gained a single yard since BF was promoted to OC.

But seriously, who do you think would get fired first if the offense stinks?
 
I'm just glad that he is connected to KF....if this experiment tanks, they will both be gone. But of course, Brain will be given at least 5 years to prove himself.....you know, the "Iowa way" of doing things.
 
Where has this post been.... He should of been gone a long time ago. I mean the guy has generated zero wins for our motherland and last time I checked, his offense hasn't recorded a single score or first down for that matter! Let's start passing the hat around to buy him out before he gets another extension or promotion or both!
 
Brian Ferentz is not remotely ready for OC at this level. I sure am glad the coach's son is getting on-the-job training. He flat-out sucked today.
 
As one who in older age tries to look at things positively I've had great hope for Brian and the changes we made on the offensive staff. Brian may well have not seemed ready to take over the offensive coordinator position but I don't think for a minute that you can point the finger at him. He represents the third coordinator where we have put a garbage offense on the field only he carries the last name Ferentz. Kirk wants to establish the running game running up the gut with a scat back like Wadley and Brian simply has to do what he can with that mindset as any other OC would.
 
They let O'Keefe choke games like this for years and then again with Davis. Iowa will let Brian do it for years to come.
