From finishing dead last in every Directors Cup (or near last) to ridiculous contracts, to waging war on the tail gating experience, etc, etc. Sorry. As long as Barta is here, we'll be left wanting.
Fire Barta and let the new AD come in and sort this mess out.

If we're to blam the players, isn't that an endightment on the coach?..............
AND IF the coach is to blame shouldn't we ask questions about the AD?
and if the AD is at fault, isn't this an endightment on the entire univeristy ssytem

Barta has succeeded at many things as an AD. None of them have to do with athletics but the other stuff like, passing the collection basket, running 70 year old fans off of Melrose for holding a beer, over-seeing construction on some new facilities. He's done a bang-up job.

Hmmmm..... What's wrong with that picture?
Why not go with a Dan Gable? He seems to always have Iowa's back and he is a great role model for the university. Look what he did the Olympic Wrestling. I feel he single handily brought wrestling back to the Olympics with his drive and determination.
As far as Barta, I don't know as I am a Cyclone fan, but I loved the tailgating atmosphere before he (or whoever) went and changed it to the 3hr rule.

Gable would be a dream come true. Can you imagine the "review" meetings at the end of each team's respective season? He'd have some of these coaches in a half nelson by the time they walked through the door.

Or it could be just an indictment of your ability to spell the word "indictment"? Sorry, it has been very frustrating the last few weeks with this team and if I didn't post this it would be something a lot more harsh and unproductive
