Martin Luther Day high school tourny in Springfield,Mass, has featured a bunch of top players this weekend. Right now it is #1 Simeon(Chi) vs # 6 Findlay Prep(Nev).
Iowa is recruiting Simeon's junior wing,Kenneth Pollard. He has not done much,but looks the part anyway. The #1 recruit in the junior class,his teammate Jabari Parker,6'9'' forward, is doing most of the scoring.
Findlay has 8 guys from 6'6'' to 7' on their roster. They dominated the first half,but Simeon is rallying,down 6 at the end of three quarters.
CoachK,Amaker,Calipari,Wojo,ect are among the bevy of college coaches in the house. Everyone wants someone out there on the floor. Steve Taylor of Simeon is committed to Marquette,and Nun is being pursued by many. Parker is a total stud, very similar to Paul Pierce,imo.
Some good talent,but they do not play much team ball.
