they are being fined $1M for the improprieties and illegal contributions (cheating/posturing) and may have to let go any board members involved.
I'm guessing this to mean that Jerry Jones doesn't get his Cotton Bowl into BCS status, based on a potential open slot that would have come. Who's to say it still won't eventually happen.
