Kirk struck an uncharacteristically candid and pumped up tone today... probably more like what they guys see in the locker room. I think he saw this game as a classic slobber knocker, a game where his guys rose to meet and overcome the challenge.

You think if Frost watches that he feels somewhat embarrassed in bringing up the clapping as an excuse?

It’s not like this is an isolated incident in his center being unable to get the ball snapped back to the QB in shotgun, this is going on a two year issue that is driving the husker fans mad.

But it’s the Iowa sidelines fault.....

And next week it will be Purdue’s fault.

And the week after that Minnesota’s fault.

Then he will blame Covid, the murder hornets, Kim Jong Un, etc. etc. etc.
 
Not to mention that both were REALLY bad snaps and nebby recovered both of them. Not only that, but they scored a TD on one of the drives. And I'm pretty sure that the announcers said that he had been having problems with bad snaps in other games too. But he does have turf toe too.
