To the best of my knowledge, he got a smallish (for a multi-millionare anyways) $72,000 per year raise after the 2002 season (11-2 lost the orange bowl) and then went 10-3 and 10-2 winning the outback and capital one bowls. Then after a 7-5 2005 season ending with a loss in the outback bowl (I just threw up in my mouth as visions of clinton solomon being dragged to the ground by his face mask and then getting a face mask penalty called on him go through my mind) he got a pretty good raise to $2.7 mil, although I can't seem to find what the former salary was. He then went 6-7 losing the alamo bowl (crap call before halftime against chandler) and then 6-6 with no bowl. Then the latest raise came last year after an 11-2 season with an orange bowl victory, but then with possibly one of the best hawkeye teams of all time, he goes 7-5.
