Wrap those in bacon and spear with a toothpick and you've really got yourself something.

1-2 inch cubed pheasant(chicken for the non-hunters), a water chestnut, a jalapeno and wrapped with bacon. Grilled. They take a little time to prepare but they are a big hit. You can do them in the oven if you don't have a grill handy.

Substitute left-over pulled pork for the sausage. Sprinkle on some of your favorite bbq rub. Then wrap in bacon and sprinkle a little brown sugar on the bacon.

Throw on the grill with a little apple wood for smoke at about 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour until the bacon is cooked. Kicks the whole thing up another notch.

Dried Beef dip really good.

1 pgk cream cheese softened
I can cream of mushroom soup
3 or 4 scallions-chopped
1 pgk buddings beef-chopped

Take an electric mixer and combine cream cheese and soup. Fold in scallions and beef serve with crackers. I can never make enough for potlucks at work, family events or football games. Goes very quickly. Enjoy

Pulled pork is my favorite, biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Followed by crown royal and diet pepsi or on the rocks and numerous HAMMERS
