Thinking this guy oughta be pretty high on fantasy draft boards for WRs. Manning's apparently sent a deluge of balls his way in camp (and Decker's catching most of them!).

Thinking this young man's career trajectory is about to take a turn for the better.

Decker was a good fantasy option until Tebow took over. I should do really well with Manning at QB.
