I am sure it goes with out saying but its pretty amazing what Iowa accomplishes without having a large base state to draw from compared to the likes of Ohio State and Penn State for example.

The State of Iowa has put 56 players in the Big Ten conference over the last 10 recruiting classes. Ohio has put 414. Georgia, has put 60 in the BT conference. Florida over 200. A starting point when comparing the coaching talents of KF and staff to those of Tressel, Meyer, Saban, etc. Apples and oranges in comparing a coach at OSU and Iowa in relative recruiting bases.
