Looks like the late Tom Poholsky's son is coming to Iowa as a preferred walk-on QB.

I'd love nothing more than to see this work out.
Not a lot of STL folks at Iowa back then. It was pretty cool for me to have a QB who went to my high school.

Were you in Tom's class? I dated a girl in college who was in that class.

I still remember the first time Tom started. I didn't even know he was on the roster but saw which HS he was from. I asked my girlfriend since I knew she went there and was in that class, and all she could say was he was "cute." Typical girl response. He seemed to be named the starting QB for that game out of nowhere.
