Maybe we have an inside track on this one.
Athletic ability is obvious. I always thought Bolingbrook was a powerhouse football factory in Illinois... but apparently they don’t really teach the kids proper tackling technique.
I saw a lot of “bear hug” tackling on that clip, where he grabs guys around the chest area.
I am sure Iowa coaches will drill the proper technique into him.
He does read plays quickly! He can move, too! There has to be a place for a guy like that in our defense.

Good looking prospect but I think Iowa is in good shape at LB with (Harrell, Twedt, Sullivan (might move to Dline))
