I get it frequently from this site. It automatically opens a new browser tab titled "Update Flash Player" that has a fake flash update notification. It looks fairly convincing. It automatically downloads an installation.exe file that my antivirus scan says is malicious. I ban the domain hosting it in my firewall, but it seems to be a game of whack-a-mole... they keep coming from new domains.
