He still seems out of shape. This team still feels incomplete. I get the Koch is likely being RS because better days are ahead and it’s in CK best interest, but man, we could use another body. It feels like Fran is running this like an NBA team. Roll with what we got and continue to build for the fiutrue? I don’t know, I don’t exactly understand the last few weeks for this program.

I don’t feel like we have enough size to compete with most teams. I think Fran has got what he can get, I think he’s getting some help from the collective and things will get better. Or he’ll be gone, but Iowa has good pieces. Just not a good team right now. That’s weirdly not that uncommon in basketball.

Absolutely the glaring hole.
With few exceptions Frans "bigs" are mostly 6-7, 6-8 guys with small forward mindsets. The are unreliable shooters, definitely not creators, and can't rebound.
Sorely need a decent 7'0 banger to compliment Freeman.

I'm cool with him when he stays in his lane and gets good shots within the offense. It's when he matadors on D then launches a running 3 barely cross half and the shot clock hasn't even started especially when Freeman is dominating the inside ... Just a mojo buster.
