There are no excuses. We were a young team rebuilding this year. We should be set next year. Capt. has lots of talent on the bench that he as hiding. Can't wait to see the hidden talent next year.

I'm tired of seeing no sense of urgency with this program. Does this come from having a huge buyout on his contract or occupational burnout? I don't know. But I am simply drained from having lowered expectations coming from the top down in IC. In year 14 I don't care where it is you should not be put in a position where you're having to rely on a group of newbies-even with injuries to play the season. There needs to be a steady pipeline of quality backups ready to move into starting roles. In a program known for talent development this should not be happening.
