Pretty amazing. Since stepping down as TD Ameritrade chairman in September 2008, Moglia has been an unpaid voluntary assistant coach/mentor at Nebby and last year was the head football coach of the Omaha Nighthawks of the United Football League.
He continues to serve as chairman of the board of the online trading firm, meaning the 8,300-student state-supported CCU likely just bought itself some strong financial support for the future, as well as a potential football coach.
If Moglia is successful, expect other schools to follow suit. Heck, even our own OK4P could buy himself the coaching job at Northwestern when Fitz moves on to Penn State.
