Yes great coach for iowa and AD I think. Won the 1956 rose bowl if I am not mistaken

He won the '58 Rose Bowl, too...That team was ranked #1 in the Nation by the Football Writers of America/Look magazine too.........Back in the day that was the only poll taken AFTER the bowl games......He also had a fine team in '60, but B10 rules prevented more than one team going to a Bowl (Rose) game....Minney went in '60.
