ESPN Radio says its McCaffrey

If true, we gotta get behind him and hope he does for us, what he did for Sienna. Pretty impressive what he has done there in 5 years. Hope he can recruit big ten talent to Iowa...and in a hurry.
 
He has had talent to compete with Big Ten teams at Sienna, we know that. They beat Ohio State in last year's tourney and went toe to toe with Purdue this year. Let's hope he can bring similar talent and at least an entertaining brand of basketball.
 
This will turn out to be a great hire. Hawk fans wanted a named coach, much like we did three years ago. Guess that didn't work out well. This guy can coach and the fans will get fired up. He will have the style of play that is awesome to watch. Seina would have beaten most big 1 soundly the last 4 years. I hope the fans on this board will get a clue and support this coach. He WILL NOT have his kind of players out of the box but he will do very well with what he has. 3 years from now we may look like the team everyone has wanted for the last 10 years.

In basketball circles this guy IS a name coach.
