End of Tennessee-MSU game

I was surprised that Tennessee didn't get back that well on defense and allowed MSU to get the ball inside so easily, so UT basically had to foul or give up a lay-up in the last 2 seconds of their regional final game. I was also surprised that Coach Pearl, with 3 timeouts left, did not try to ice the MSU free throw shooter on the first free throw attempt with the game tied in the final seconds. Despite all the talk about coaching strategy and X's and O's, a lot of college basketball games are decided by fundamental plays, hustle, and free throws.
