Disappointed with the loss, but encouraged overall.
(1) A healthy Basabe and we probably win.
(2) If we played Indiana as scheduled, we probably win. We sleepwalked through the first half.
(3) If Oglesby shoots like that going forward, we are going to be real tough--he was going all Chitwood in the second half.
Would I have liked to have beat Wisconsin and challenge for the title? Yep.
But NCAA basketball is pretty much a warm-up until March. Quite frankly, this team plays a little better as an underdog, so a lower NCAA seed isn't going to both them.
