Mudiay, whose commitment to SMU, for all intents and purposes started the dominos falling allowing Ulis to chose Kentucky over Iowa, has decided to skip college ball and take his game to Europe to play for pay. Just another brick in the Iowa Basketball jinx wall.

Rumor is that Mudiay wasn't going to qualify academically. Several former Prime Prep players have had trouble qualifying for college because of transcript issues related to their transfers to PP.

Mudiay probably would have made it into UK and been an all-academic SEC student in the brief semester he would have been there.
