Yeah, I've been calling 4 different numbers trying to get it set up and still can't.
It's 3 different parties involved to deposit online.
I got so pissed off after the last call and email last night (2 hrs just last night) I said F this crap.
It is so difficult and so many hoops (girlfriend just spent 2 hours getting hers set up just to make a deposit also), I'm out.
I'll go somewhere else.

Interesting, deposit online through checking account. Are they washing the money through 3 parties before it gets to the account or are they just simply inept and don't have a service that can provide that? I'm still curious about how the gov't is handling the online gambling laws, or if they were completely removed when sports gambling was made legal
It's 3rd party. My phone said one of the numbers one of them gave me to call for assistance was in Nevada.
If you want to deposit through PayPal, it has to be linked to your checking account. (GF just found that out) You know, in case you don't want your banking numbers all over the place.
My case is, I moved since my driver's license was issued and my players club card had my old address. Then the nightmare began.
BTW gf is still working on hers after 3hours.
(She was trying to prove me wrong, that it couldn't be that ridiculous and difficult).
Plus it does absolutely nothing if you travel, because you have to install another app to verify your location (in Iowa).
If you go to withdrawal it can take up to 3 days to be approved. But cage request get top priority. (Doesn't say it won't take 3 days at the cage, just that they get top priority)
