Easley

Good for Nick.

With two shots at the Jets, two more at the Dolphins, and the NFC East as their interconference draw this year, they could contend for a wild card playoff spot.

Very good. McCarron and now Easley have been two very good recent slot receivers. McCarron had really good speed and I think Coach O'Brien with the Texans liked him, complimented him and I think he got a ring with the Patriots last year as he was active for a short time (not sure how they award rings in these cases).

Hopefully he sees some game action. Would be nice to finally have a WR record a reception in the NFL. I'm pretty sure Tim Dwight was the last Hawkeye to do so way back in 2007.

He was on the roster for the SB, so I would think he got a ring. But, his career nfl stats are 1 game, 1 punt return for 0 yards, 3 fair catches, 1 lost fumble.

Didn't Keenan Davis a few yrs ago have a cup of coffee with the Dolphins? Maybe that was just preseason he was out there I can't remember now.
No nfl stats.

Tevaun Smith 2 games, no stats.

McNutt 5 games, 2 tackles(!)

Yes, it's been a "dry spell".

Smith is doing well in Canada. I'm half surprised he hasn't stuck in the NFL. He's good. Of course we under used him. Always liked him.

My rule is I don't count Willies but I do count Rudock.

Willies transferred without graduating and never started for Iowa. Willies does not count as an Iowa alum

Rudock graduated with an undergrad degree from Iowa and started for 2 years for Iowa. Rudock counts.
