Easier access on Scout or Rivals? Also need some volunteers

Guys, I want to start a coordinated "spread the word" campaign where we descend upon every basketball board in the nation save for the other five teams that are still playing and remind them that WE ARE STILL PLAYING AND THEIR TEAM IS A BUNCH OF LOSERS. So my question is would this flashmob work better on Rivals or Scout? Which one will be easier to get quick access to? We gotta strike while the iron is hot. I'm going to need at least 100 men as well. Who is with me?
