Don't be short sighted for coaching

hires. Brian has a say. I would not rule out people who have no apparent connection to Iowa. Also potentially coaches who know or have some relationship with Brian.

Since the "Captain" still captains the ship, he's still going to have final say on all hires. Given that the 3 people who were let go were all "outside the circle", my guess is that the next hires will all be inside the circle. Guys like David Raih, or AJ Blazek....people who have been in the program as either a player, coach, GA, etc.....
