Does Iowa pay ISU to play this game?



Each team gets 20 (or 25, not sure) percent of the gate. Well, that's somewhat confusing. ISU gets paid when the game is at Kinnick, Iowa gets paid when it is in Ames.

This is changing in 2013 when each team keeps all the gate receipts (ISU in 2013 and Iowa in 2014 etc..) and I don't know if there is even a payout for the vistor when this starts.

Nope. ISU got the better end of that deal for sure. Get the final payout in 2012, and then keep the whole gate in the first year of the new deal.
 








VD, didn't you author a post here yesterday that said Nebraska was ranked #5 when they beat themselves against ISU last year?

Hey crab man, since ISU and UNI are on an equal level it only makes sense. ISU is a bottom feeder. Grass carp. Always have been, always will be. Every once in a while they stick their pointy heads up and get to 6-6, 7-5 and then right back to the bottom. Damn lucky they still have a conference to call home. Dillusional Crab Man= retarded
