Does anyone else still listen on the radio?

Im not able to make more than a game a year in person and I dropped cable (great decision) a while back. Since the hawks don't get on ABC much I listen on the radio. Just seeing if anyone else does the same.

Last year I did, because the team was hard to watch so I didn't actively plan around it. Normally I avoid the radio if I am out and about because I want to watch it fresh to me, but again, because they sucked I didn't want to waste my time so if I could just listen as it was on that was good enough for me.

When I try to listen to the internet stream it has been blacked out as soon as the game starts. I must be doing something wrong.

Sometimes I have errands or personal/family emergencies at the wrong time. Great to know its there.

Hard to get away from fishing on Saturdays, so I listen to many games on the radio in the boat.

no cable/satellite at my house ... I listen to the radio or find crappy-cast of the game online

I've love to pay for a good video signal live online, but there's no way to do it thanks to the network/cable deals

I like having a radio to listen to when I'm at Kinnick. Nice to hear what's going on for injuries or if I missed sometihing on a play and stats as well.

i watch the game on tv with the volume down and listen to the radio for audio. i've been listening to the radio since a kid, i like to listen to the 'home town guys', plus, i think it is a bit nostalgic for me.

Along with this, anyone have any reliable way to listen online? Im lucky enough to have a local station that plays them but if Im traveling I find myself out of luck.

Are you "that guy" that sits behind me always tapping me on the shoulder when there's an injury or something going on wanting to find out what I'm hearing???
No, I'm the guy enjoying the game experience, not the guy shutting myself off from the rest of the people around me so I can analyze the game like a human cadaver.

No, because I like to know what's actually going on, something that rarely happens listening to Dolph:) I usually listen to pre and post-game depending on my mood.

BTW, the only time I listen to the radio while watching is if I want a cheap laugh at how much baloney Dolph makes up about what's going on, vs reality

Since I work most saturdays I listen to the games and to be honest I sometimes enjoy listening to the game more than watching the game.

I do because it is more insightful. Not as exciting but more insightful. Actually I stream it online. They blackout the streams once the B10 starts though.

Listen to the pre/post games during our travels to/from Iowa City. Not during the game though. When on TV, I do like having the radio call in the back ground.....even through the radio is usually a few seconds ahead of the TV feed.

I have always loved listening to games on the radio. Grew up listening to baseball games on the radio before the Twins' games were all on tv. I listen to all the hawk games on radio for at least part of the game. I always listen to the pregame and post game. And I think some guys on here can give you live stream link so you can watch the games on the net. Don't know how they find them.
