We need to offer him first .... probably not unlike Waynes, he's a teammate of a guy who we have offered. Furthermore, he's a guy we liked enough to recruit ... but the guy doesn't seem to be quite high enough on our board to yet get an offer. It's possible that he might eventually get one though.
