If you think about it Oregon in 2013 could be Iowa in 2014. Without the whole losing in the sweet sixteen thing hopefully. Iowa has actually made a deeper run in the NIT than Oregon last year but that really is beside the point. Oregon last year was on the rise such as Iowa is this year. Without looking at the roster similarities between the teams, it would seem they would serve as a nice example for Iowa to follow.
I also could be completely off base and they could have gotten some great recruits before the year but for arguments sake i'm just going to assume i'm not.
