Do all broadcast fees for bowl games directly to the individual bowl game?

Don't understand the question. Each team in a bowl game is guaranteed a minimum payout. The NCAA does not get any money from the bowl other than $12,000 for the certification fee.

The certification fee is good for four years. So, the bowl games are not a cash cow for the NCAA.

The NCAA generates something like 95% of its revenue from the basketball tournament.

When ESPN pays 125 million for the BCS for 4 years do those bowl games all keep that revenue is what I am asking?

they may be non-profit and disperse the funds according to non-profit rules but looking over things Wikipedia it stated the Peach bowl in 07 generated 12.3 million in profit and then paid the schools 5.9 million leaving a 6.4 million profit. Thats a lot of money besides the money that got infused into the economy for that game. Thats probably around the 7-8th highest bowl in terms of payout, but college football gives up a lot of money by not having a playoff.
