DJK and Graduation

Does anyone know what the University might do? I think DJK was set to graduate in the next week or so. Can they kick him out now and not let him graduate? What if he has fulfilled all of his requirements and has no exams, etc. (e.g. his courses are complete), will he still get his degree?

I only ask because I want to believe that he is a good person who made some bad choices and deserves a second chance.

my hope and expectation is that this will not effect his ability to graduate ... though I doubt he'll be walking across the stage

I would hope a university wouldn't withhold a degree over misdemeanors.

They don't take away your diploma for getting arrested. He won't be eligible for financial aid, but that's about it. Iowa doesn't really have any standards to get in to the school, so they definitely aren't going to have such high standards to get out.
