He seems like the type that will get an offer if/when first-tier recruits like McDonald, Severin, Darboh, and Golden commit somewhere else. That isn't always a bad thing, as those types often come in trying to prove something to the coaching staff and other doubters.
 
I watched the first 4 min. and thats enough for me. Sign him up. Iowa loves them tough germans. And I don't need to wait on others kids to decide, sh*T or get off the pot good players want to come here so don't waste our time.

That's right. You tell them that there is only so many scholarships at his position. Once they fill up he's sol.
 
One other thing about this kid is that his HS teammate, 6-5 285 lb. Dustin Dennig, is one of the top rated OL in the junior class as of right now.

I'll take the kid on his own merits regardless of possible quality connections.
He has excellent hands, go size, speed and a hard nosed attitude. That equals a winner in my book.
His film is as good as any and better than most of the other WR offers I've seen. I'm not sold on the Golden kid. Fleming is an athlete and could end up anywhere. Darboh seems lightly interested and McDonald looks good but this kid is more impressive IMO.

Here are his two games this year:
Last week--8 catches, 373 yards, 5 TDs
Tonight--11 catches, 343 yards, 3 TDs

In two games this year:
19 catches, 716 yards, 8 TDs

I don't care who you're playing against, those are amazing numbers.

Guy looks like Slim Shady if you ask me. Looks pretty cocky though, but after his first two games, can't say I blame him. With those kind of numbers, your right, he's going to start drawing some serious attention. He also has the type of frame that even the big schools will begin to take notice. In the last rivals write up, it sounded like he's more interested in a spread or more pass oriented offense. It also sounded like if Auburn offers, he's there, regardless of who else would offer because of his relationship with Auburn recruit Zeke Pike. Guy looks amazing, but even if Iowa offers, I think were fighting an uphill battle.

Your defeatism would relegate you to KF's ***** if you went up against him as a coach or recruiter. But you're not and you wont.

In 3 games: 31 catches, 1163 yards, 11 TDs, 0 known BCS offers.
