Did they announce how you win a division?

Is it conference record or division record?

I certainly hope it is overall conference record or else the out of division games are largely meaningless.

I would be shocked if it wasn't conference record. Then if two teams within their division tie with the same conference overall record it goes by the head to head match-up. 3 way tie or more then it gets "muddy" with the tie-break rules.

ya same here, it actually seems silly to me if it wasn't overall conference record.

I understand the argument people have to only count the interdivisional gamesl; however, imo, with that logic then you would need to have a home and home true round robin to find a true champ

Two teams...conference record, then head to head.

3 or more teams...collective head to head, I forget the second tie breaker, then BCS component.

They just announced it. It is:

Conference Recored... If there is a tie

Head to head result....

If multiple teams are tied it is:

Collective head to head record among all tied, still tied

Division recored...still tied

BCS component

So in reality, it is no different than it is now, except we play Purdue every year and lose Wisconsin as an annual game.
