Great, he's going to make up some fake rivalry trophy with Brian Ferentz and we'll find out about it on Twitter a week before the game. I'm sure there will be a custom clock as well.

I can tell you a lot of Husker fans will get a chuckle out of this. His stint at Nebbie was very short, but also very bad. Scott Frost is alleged to have said after the first few practices, no one has ever taught these kids how to tackle......

He kinda got hung out to dry at Nebraska. They were switching from a 4-2-5 to a 3-4, so of course the first season was gonna be rough, considering they didn't have the personnel necessary to run it. He also had to deal with coaching in a program that doesn't really have a sense of physicality or toughness to it at the moment.

Well...Jeff Brohm is a guy that doesn’t suffer fools...so Diaco better have a plan. Brohm is a first class a-hole when someone screws up...player or coach...it doesn’t matter.
Purdue had a really good defense in 2017 when they beat the hawks late in the season. They were senior laden iirc what the sports reporters said. But then they had to regroup in 2018 with new players and we scored a bunch on them but still lost and this year their defense was OK.
Yeah if Brohm's offense is humming and they get a really good defense yearly they will be tough.
Purdue used to play with the big boys back in the 50's to mid 80's. But I think they let their facilities go down until Tiller arrived.
