That was one of the best executions of a defensive game plan that I've seen in a long time...

Our guys really understood not to let them shoot 3's and really got up on them.

Awesome job.
 
We were all talking before the game the need to stay on your man, match up and get up on them because they usually didnt drive all the way to the hoop. They had one guy who did have a couple good drives for layups and they had a few backdoor layups but you cant let that team go off and hit 20 treys.

The hawks made Davidson make more and more passes and get deep into the shot clock as the announcers said the wildrats shot quickly in the shot clock. That forced them to take a lot of awkward off balance shots. and the rebounding was great
