I'm not expecting any changes with the offense, but it was brought up that it is time to see what Brian can do being the OC. How about bringing back David Raih to work with the offense also. He has been getting some great experience since leaving Iowa and could be a valuable part of moving this offense into the year 2017 from 1968... At this point I'd take an offense from the mid-90's over what I had to sit through Monday!

Agree, I've read he has some excellent people (recruiting) skills as well. Tate has also openly expressed getting into coaching and has expressed interest returning to Iowa some day. Programs will likely get a chance to add a 10th position to the staff this year pending NCAA approval.

A 10th position, heck just do what Saban and Bama do and hire a guy like Sarkisian to be an offensive 'consultant' who supposedly cant coach practice or games on the field. couldnt a team have 4 or 5 of those people, pay them a bunch and lock up some top coaching talent?

Drew Tate for OC - that sounds great!

What is Philbin doing these days? He was actually a good pro OC. Packers with a pro style offense but with some imagination. Offensive line coaching experience.

"During his tenure as offensive coordinator (2007–2011), the Packers offense ranked in the top 10 in the NFL for points scored and total yards every year, including their Super Bowl season.[4]"

I guess assistant HC/o-line coach at Indy. What does that pay?
