Why is this kid playing at Ohio University?
He is OU's starting left-handed freshman point guard from Chicago. Unbelievable player, very much reminds me of Ronnie Lester. Cooper had 23 points, 8 assists, 3 turnovers & 3 steals against Georgetown. He was 8-12 from the field and 5-8 from the arc.
Georgetown was clueless in trying to defend this kid. Just like Ronnie, he did whatever he wanted to do. Cooper just toyed with the Hoyas.
The two best players on the court were this kid and Armon Bassett. Bassett is a transfer from Indiana. Bassett led the Big Ten in 3-point shooting two years ago. He had 31 point.
Fortunately, because OU was humiliating Georgetown, I got to see the end of the UNI game. Go Panthers!
