Cyrus--Luginbill quote

Tom Luginbill just stated on the Finebaum show that he believes Cyrus will shock everyone and sign with Auburn.

Please don't do it!

Cyrus hasn't even visited Auburn yet and Luginbill says he's signing with them?

I would take Luginbill's comment with a grain of salt.

This is what I've been thinking all along. It's not really that outlandish for someone who didn't grow up involved with the rivalry.

I don't think it would cause problems at all....he's from maryland and could care less about that rivalry. Not only that but him and his bro won't be on the field at the same time. Both will have good chances at a national title...I doubt he cares about his bro playing at bama and his parents having to wear custom made roll auburn shirts...

Go take a look at the Oline recruiting class Auburn has coming in. Even without cyrus it's freakin astounding the talent they are getting.

Westerman is Auburn's 19 commitment in the 2011 class and fourth offensive lineman. The Tigers now have commitments from the nation's No. 3 tackle in Westerman, the No. 1 center in Reese Dismukes, the No. 2 guard in Greg Robinson and the No. 43 guard (Thomas O'Reilly). Dismukes and O'Reilly are already enrolled at Auburn.

The No. 3 offensive tackle in 2010, five-star Shon Coleman, also enrolled in classes at Auburn for the spring semester.

The nation's No. 1 tackle, five-star Cyrus Kouandjio, is scheduled to be in Auburn next weekend on an official visit.

Wow. That is nuts. Amazing how excited we get about getting one 5 star guy, and schools like Auburn have the payroll for a top 3 guy at all 3 OL positions!

The guy is a clown, he is your everyday ESPN/SEC blowhard. Im suprised Auburn is getting visit and since its the last weekend so close to signing day that means he has to choose Auburn right. Hes going to Alabama or Iowa. But he might pull a shocker and go to New Mexico. What ever.

He already eliminated NM.

I was watching the recruting show on ESPN yesterday and I loved how when talking about both CK and Cooper they failed to even mention Iowa as being a finalist for either. Not a mention at all.

Said CK was 60/40 Alabama over Auburn
Said Cooper was looking at Mich ST, Rutgers??? and now Mich late...

Joke
