Could Iowa Be This Year's Cinderella Team?

If Iowa would pull their head out of their bottom end they could beat almost anyone. Problem is I don't see that happening. I hope it does, but it probably wont.
 
Pass that kool-aid over here! If Iowa can figure out a way to get the ship righted they don't have a very difficult road to the sweet sixteen and that is a fact.
 
Cinderella? Hope so. It's possible. It's just as possible that their one of Cinderella's step-sisters (who also went to the dance).

Teams that struggle and turn-it-around for the MMT happen about 1/2 the time. I'd say Syracuse is more likely to do that than Iowa.
 
We look more like Drizella, than Cinderella.

If the BTT and the P-MAC T-shirts, together, didn't motivate this team to beat a Northwestern they've previously beaten by 26 points, both times, I don't see them beating Tennessee.
Yes, I'll cheer for Iowa, but Tennessee is a pretty good team.

Iowa has a tremendous opportunity in front of it. IF they could make a run to the sweet 16.All the talking heads would talk about is how they overcame their late season collapse and made a run when it mattered most. The program would have real momentum for recruiting due to the exposure.
 
If Iowa plays like they did earlier this season, they could definitely be a cinderella team. However, if they play the way they have in the last seven games, they lose to Tennessee. Lets hope we can get motivated and play some defense!

No... Cinderella is for small conference teams.

If we go on a run, the talking heads will just go back to saying they knew this Iowa team had it in them and they just had a rough patch.
