Thanks. Once again ESPN is wrong. The link was obviously updated since they had Cassel listed as questionable. They apparently didn't do their homework as to who the next qb in actually is.
As others have mentioned it's probably best for Stanzi not to get thrown in the first game.
Sure glad I'm not a Chiefs fan, having Palko start the first one in one of your most winnable games is recipe for disaster. That guy is not an NFL starter. As a poster on a Chiefs board said, "They might be 0-4 by week 2."
Funny thing is that normally the starter would be out at the point he got hurt. KC's starting offense was so worthless in the first 3 preseason games they kept the starters in a long time in game 4, turns out to be a pretty horrible decision.
