> Iowa is picked as the "team that'll disappoint"
> yet, Iowa is picked to tie for 2nd (9-3, 6-2)
> predicted losses: @Arizona, Wisconsin, Ohio State
> team ranks: 3rd overall, 4th offense, 1st defense
> Clayborn, Greenwood, & Sash made 1st team all conf
> Binns, Klug, & Murray made 2nd team
> Johnson-Koulianos & Stanzi made the top-30 list
> no mention of Ballard, Donahue, or Reiff

They also have Wisconsin and Iowa losing the Wisconsin/Iowa game.

I think their reasoning for why Iowa will disappoint is fair however.

I think 4th on offense is a little high
if we do have the 4th best offense, I've no doubt we'll be in a BCS bowl

The "Iowa will lose the close ones this year since they won them last year" reasoning is starting to get old. This is not a game a poker. If they lose...it will because they didn't score enough points, not because of fate/destiny.

I do agree though...I see 3 losses...and possibly 2.

Funny how these pronasticators(ya I 'ment to spell that way) forget that Iowa has one of the worst road schedules in the country last year.
Game of the year? OSU/Wisky? Iowa lost, with a true freshman QB in overtime last year to OSU. Wisconsin got clobbered.
