Is the difference between a great coach and a good coach his ability to recruit and improve assistant coaches?

If Kirk developed assistants as well as players he'd be in Hayden's league

Correct he had done a poor job it that department for sure.

Philbin and Aitken are the only coaches that have left for greener pastures and they both had reps before they came to Iowa.

It is understandable why Norm isn't getting a shot, but KOK should have got his shot by now if he was worth a lick.

P. Parker and Wilson have failed their DC job interviews this year.

Of course we know Soup can coach and Kacs seems to have a promising future.
