As everyone seems to have their own favorites for the job, I would be interested in what qualities you want to see in the next coaching hire and the order of importance. I suggest listing top 5 qualities or this could get quite long.

1 - Integrity in all phases - recruiting, academics, etc.
2 - Passion for the job
3 - Previous Major College Level Recruiting Experience
4 - Great Communicator - with fanbase, players, students and coaching staff
5 - Ability to evaluate and hire quality assistants
