I understand that D-1 college football coaches must be held to a high standard regarding the treatment of their players. That's good. But at the same time, it seems that there is a certain level of absurdity in expecting D-1 football coaches to coach their players the same as a professor treats students in a classroom environment. Football is a tough, physical, collision sport. Will the recent developments in the news change college football?
