This is going to be a very different team to watch. Tough, sticky, gritty. Words we didn't use a lot with Fran's teams. Should be an interesting transition.

Offensive efficiency
I have listened to several BM interviews at this point, and every interview, he talks about offensive efficiency. That will be the key to everything. If he comes close to what we saw under Fran from an offensive efficiency standpoint…we are going to see some special, all-time shit under BM.

It means he will probably hire his dopey kid to be his assistant coach and put him in charge of offense, and then Iowa will finish 5th in the conference every year winning games 46-43, and always just be on the cusp of national relevancy but not quite.

Those were missed opportunities to be really special years with such great defenses. An offense with even a half of a pulse could have been a game changer each of those years.
This will be a huge year for Lester to show where this offense is going. We got to hope for the best as Mark Gronowski has one year left and after he is gone then what??
Got to hope he stays healthy for this to be a very special year.
