Clinton Solomon ....

He very well could be...he can really dominate in the IFL. However, a guy has to play where he has a contract. The return of the AFL has been really shaky, I am VERY glad they returned!

It was quite a rollercoaster ride to get to the first game with the new AFL, and they did not play last year. Players like Solomon played in the IFL last year to stay on the field - always a wise choice when there is an option.

And since the salary for IFL is very low (250 a week), I'd expect to see guys like him making a run at the AFL as soon as they can - but they will stay close to home. This season the AFL is paying 400 a week.

Seeing those salaries, it's no surprise that Kurt Warner had to bag groceries as well. How can anyone live off of $250/week? $400/week would be real tough as well.

In the UIFL I think the max salary is 250.00 a week. There have been a few NFL players last year Peter Warrick played in Sioux City for the the Bloomington team. Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson and former Iowa lb Matt Hughes also played for Sioux City. I would imgaine Warrick doesnt need the money he just playing to play, then again never now.
